When we got to the mountains I was laid out the whole time with a migraine!😟
My husband can barbecue just the most heavenly dinners, he made me a steak, I was so excited!!! 👏
Oh my gosh, it was NOT eatable. I couldn’t chew it at all. I chewed and chewed and chewed and toss bites under the table to our dog without the hubby noticing. I probably got three bites out of that steak. I surprised the dog with a new favorite chew toy though!😆
I think my hubby got cheap and bought something on sale. I looked at his plate to see how much he couldn’t chew and his plate was wiped cleaned!🙃 I don’t get it, how did he do that?🥴
I had brought a cheesecake to go visit our friends with, but didn’t go for I felt ill, and ended up treating myself to many slices since I didn’t really eat the whole weekend. 😟 Don’t know why I didn’t have a gain today, I think migraines can really wipe you out?😮
OK, it is time to be seriously on board the calorie burning train!!! I may see my brother-in-law next weekend. He is so critical of my weight that when I was a model and turned men’s heads, he criticized me even back then. So of course I had to hear his words all my married life. 😞
I haven’t seen him since I have lost my weight and want to be down even a bit more by next weekend, I hope I can do it! I finished all reports for June, so I am going walking for sure, during lunch breaks each day, heat or no heat!!! Plus, I am buying a new outfit for I haven’t bought any new clothes since I have lost 58 lbs. I started FS when I was already dieting. So damn the excuses, full speed ahead, eyes on the prize, charge……

You always find the silver lining... the dog has a new chew toy🥩😂! Maybe hubby got a good steak for himself and got you a cheaper/tougher one to help you "diet".
Glad you're feeling better and that migraine is gone. Thank goodness I've never had one, but understand they are quite debilitating. Have a gr8 week!

I am so sorry you had a terrible headache. It makes me so very sad whenever I hear someone. I care about hurting that way. I've had bad ones that come on from a bad horse accident that damaged my neck, but it is so much better now that I lift so much and have gotten stronger, but my poor darling baby girl has her debilitating headaches all the time. I'm just sorry your weekend was spoiled with pain. I hope you don't stress at all over an ignorant jerk seeing you. If it makes you feel wonderful, have a nice new outfit, but just wear it for you! You have lost so much and need to feel thst pride in what you have done for yourself. Rock on, wonderful Shrewdness. We think you are marvelous!

Catwmncat when I was younger migraines would hit me a lot harder. The weird thing is I NEVER get headaches.🙃
I actually sat in the car with our dog as he went in the store real quick. Next time he is dog sitting and I am steak buying.😁

Tim, I think he is the most interesting man I know, and he is very charming and highly intelligent. Yet, he has a warped view of women. I didn’t share as much of life with him as I could have, I kept my distance as I didn’t want my kids to be influenced by him and his views. I am still floored that he took all his kid’s stuff animals away before he even turned five for he didn’t want him to be a baby!😟 Honestly, his wife died when her son was only two, and now he can’t even clutch a stuffed animal for comfort? For being intelligent in some areas he is very ignorant! I guess we all are in some areas. Your right Tim, that life is hard, yet there’s many good days, that make up for the worse, you just have to hang in there to experience them. 👍💪

Oh Melissa, I am so so sorry about your headaches!! I am glad you’re lifting to be strong. I have plans to do so in the future. No fair for little ones getting it. My mom used to have to pick me up from school to go home and crash.

Thanks Mountainman for defending me.💕 He just treats women so poorly, it has to do with his superior outlook of himself. He is so intelligent, yet puts women in a different category as if they are not worthy of his praise unless they’re cleaning. 🙃

Oh my goodness Mermee, I am so sorry you suffered through such pain. I don’t get them very often and I am glad you don’t so much anymore either! My brother-in-law is in perfect shape. He has always been, and I think that’s why he is critical of others. Oh well, life is what it is and he is what he is. I just don’t want to be what I was. I can fix me, he can’t be fixed.😆❤️

Glad to hear you'll have some time away from the work desk for activity. 👍 Your BIL does not sound like a very nice person.
