i got frustrated yesterday and had the urge to drink after work. then I realize that I was on the challenge for no drinking for 3 months so I calmed down, relaxed. I remembered the progress that I made so far and I did not buy any alcohol or cigarettes as a result of my frustration.

I'm still staying with in my calorie limits I am still following my exercise plan
215.6 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
