Waiting at 11 o'clock p.m. No change in weight I feel like BS but then again I usually weigh myself early in the morning so I'll check back then and hopefully there's some change
219.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gotta weigh yourself same time, same clothes, same everything for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. The scale will fluctuate hourly all day long. I can weigh at 4am and be one thing, then weigh less at 7am. I'm like where did it go, lol? Exercise, sodium, inflammation, hormones, etc. all cause our bodies water weight to shift constantly. Most people up at night compared to morning after all the food we eat and drink all day.
