what what!!! walked 20 miles one day and every other day im walking with the baby 2 to 4 hours a day. plus watching calories. home girl knows what she wants and we are making this shit happen. get on my level guys. we got this!
288.6 lb Lost so far: 148.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Whenever i walk that much i lose so much liquids and i have extremely painfull cramps from toes to pectorals when going to sleep. Becarefull of dehydration.

Goodness. 20 miles. It's my goal to do a day of 20 miles. Tassos is right though, stay hydrated, which means salt, magnesium, potassium (from food) and water.
