SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 29
LIFT DAY

So apparently the solution to my little "anabolic" chunky monkey freezing problem is the Musso Pola 2 Qt countertop ice cream maker. Amazing how effective I am at discovering kitchen problems the resolution of which is an equipment upgrade...

Rest day yesterday. Planned to fast. Not happening. Made it 17 hours or so. Horked down another garlic butter basted Teres Major. Perfect. Was done for the day until #2 son started clamoring for pizza around 9 pm. You know the rest. Kept it under 2000k. Over plan, but still down week over week for the fourth straight week. Onward.

The quote has more to do with just weight goals. It really speaks to how you treat/feed/nourish/exercise your body in all aspects of life. What do I want immediate satisfaction or the benefits and realization of a life long healthy self.
