Weekly average weight 169.6. That's actually good for me. I started eating more and I have felt pretty good for most of the week. I always have a day here or there that I lay low, but as long as they're not stinging up in a row I'm fine. Hope you all are getting closer to who and where you want to be. ❤
169.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you ridemariel. I can let the slowness get to me at times, but I have different strategies to snap out of it. One being to just be patient, while being wise about food choices. Thank you for the support. 😊

Thank you Eva. ❤ I do alot of self-talk, well my husband is a good listener also and is a great help when I am trying to figure things out. I have learned in my later years to be more accepting and wise when unfavorable situations arise. 😊
