So are you giving up? Is there an expectation of feeling better anytime in the future—- I don’t know anything about your pain or what is causing it. Does overeating and gaining weight make you feel better? Are you able to walk around outside and enjoy the sunshine?

I'm sorry to hear that you are still going through so much. and you said you are not on any diet. are you able to watch the amount that you are eating. or are you saying. you are no longer focused on loosing weight? I hope you starts to feeling better real soon. and that you are not saying you give up on your goals. Take care of yourself.

So sorry you are hurting. May I please encourage you to eat healthy? The healthier we can eat the better our bodies will be long term. I can understand when you are in pain, you want to throw out limits. It's a hard thing. Tonight I so, so wanted to have 3 glasses of wine. But I didn't have any because I have a goal coming up that I need to meet. Now I will admit in the last two years I was sometimes binging and sometimes I was good. And in that (less than) two years I went up about 4 sizes. So I am not criticizing, just trying to encourage you. Your profile says you lost 36 lbs. I know you don't want to gain those back. Please give up sweets, they will just make you depressed even more than you are.

It can really become a vicious cycle, pain-meds-eat whatever-not move-pain-meds-etc...I hope you will be able to break the cycle. Small baby steps, change one thing and then move to the next step. Eat a bit healthier/drop one unhealthy food/watch portions. If you're unable to walk for any length of time, try some chair exercises. As you feel better, it will encourage you to continue. I pray you feel better soon

Sorry you have chronic pain. Been there. Staying off of sugar, grains, processed foods & carbs (except for veggies) really helped with pain. Give it a try. Prayers.
