C&D, BP and M -- Well, weight is still up again this morning, though not quite as much. Will just leave weight stats the same until I go back BELOW the 244. Made Chicken 'n Dumplin's for my son's birthday yesterday, and I only ate about 1/4 of a cup of it before sending it downstairs to him. I LOVE C&D, and it took a lot of willpower not to have a whole bowl.

BUT, last night, I was REALLY tempted to have a slice of the banana pudding I made for my husband (at his request). I was really struggling, knowing that it would put me OVER 1,600, but really wanting to have some. I bewailed the situation with a friend of mine and she suggested I just wait until tomorrow (now today) to have a slice, so I could fit it into my calorie range. I served up a helping of BP for my husband and only ate about 1/2 teaspoon of it that was left on the serving spatula. Victory!

My daughter made manicotti yesterday and sent a whole plate of it home with me when I dropped off my grandson. I didn't have any yesterday because I was already looking forward to having half a baked potato with bacon, cheese & ranch dressing. Fitting the manicotti into today's food schedule, though.

FOOD! My life revolves around food! I SOOO much enjoy eating! The only time I'm not thinking about food is when I'm asleep.

I feel you on the food part. I'm thinking of food constantly if I'm not sleeping. I even think about food while working. lol

I understand thinking about food all the time. You are better than me at resisting until the next day.

I agree with what's been said already. And it is like some days are better than others. I just hope that I can get back into the hang of things. I've lost before. But for me at this point and time in my life. Things are not working as well as they did in the pass. But I'm not giving up, and don't you either. We will break through.

I try to focus on what I'm preparing for dinner or what foods I'll include in my afternoon lunch/ snack. Breakfast is easy cause I usually have coffee & don't eat for an hour or 2 after I get up. I may have a very light snack if I get hungry before dinner. Try to focus on your 3 mealtimes & not think about eating in between.
