Yes ..... no we are off . Seems along way off until the finishing line . But I know I can do this . It is all in the mind , all I need is motivation and off I go .
Was a big shock to see what I had allowed to happen to myself . But bloody hell what a shock it was too . Never been this big before , so I have to lose the weight. I can not carry the weight , problems with my back you see .
So off we go best foot forward .

223.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I get you I used to have problem with my back every year but I lost 30kg and both arthritis and back problems seem to have dissipated so good luck 💪
