Perception of ourselves.
I have lost very close to 3 stone ( 42 pounds ), I am now a healthy weight at 8st 13lbs, I am 5ft and 42yrs. Well yesterday as I was getting changed, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror and my immediate thought was I look awful and fat, with no thought to how much better I must look, I truly felt that my body looks no better than it did 3 stone ago !!!! what the actual F*** is wrong with my mindset that I thought that, I now feel very down and wondering why this happens as surly I am not the only one.
