Walked and swam a good swim yesterday. 857 strokes, 141 AHR, 10.6 METs. I enjoyed it, too. Got the frantic flailing conquered and behind me.

Focusing on veggies more than fruit for the rest of the month. Nothing wacky, just copious amounts of spinach, you know the drill. j/k, mostly my normal routine, but trying to get out of the current veggie rut although it's hard when I can't just run to the market on a whim. Doesn't mean I'm not going to eat fruit either. I have a couple persimmons and a bunch of avocados. And tomatoes. I just need to eat up some green beans and squash that have been sitting around.

Not worried about the bump up from yesterday, didn't eat anything off the charts, fat mass is holding from yesterday, muscle slightly up.

When making your way through the backyard jungles, you should always be mindful of where you step. This large Deutscher Schäferhund was sleeping in the underbrush when I almost stepped on it! Thankfully, he's (mostly) friendly and allowed passage after some belly rubs. For later maybe, I will relay a story on why doggie doors are not so great when you live on a canyon. Thank goodness it wasn't my house.
