Fasting a.m. blood sugar 122; weight 165.9
Plan: IF/keto/exercise. Down a little more! Yay!
Rearranged my living room yesterday and started setting up a few decorations. Put a chicken stew in the crockpot for lunch or supper, whatever that turns out to be. This evening is the volunteer fire department Christmas party for kids -- I will either help with the library's craft or read to kids. Always a big event in our small town -- Santa comes in riding on a firetruck, Christmas lights and music, free goodies for everyone -- wonder how Santa plans to do photos with kids this year! Oh, 2020, we will never forget you!
Ate some chicken stew for lunch at 1:30. Checked my glucose before going to the party at 5:00 It was down to 99 so I ate a handful of nuts as I went out the door. I knew I would eat something at the fire department but planned to keep it within reason. They had these huge cookies as big as a saucer that I managed to resist. I ate 5 pieces of chocolate candy (kisses and small mint patties} and 2 cups of popcorn, one cup of hot chocolate instead of supper. Considering, I think I managed pretty well! Glucose at bedtime was 89.
Macros 26/46/26; calories 1301; fiber 9.9; net carbs 78.17; net kcals -770
By the way, Santa and Mrs. Santa stood behind a high backed bench. Kids sat on the bench -- safely distanced for everyone, perfect for pictures!
165.9 lb Lost so far: 19.1 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
