I continue to lose, albeit at a slower pace than previously. I am down a total of 84 pounds from my high weight of 307 pounds. I am happy with my progress, but anxious to reach my goal. Trying to be grateful for the progress I have made, but saw a picture of myself on Sunday, and just wasn't happy with what I saw ugh. I was sitting down, so that is always the worst lol. I will continue on my current plan. IF 16:8, 1,200ish calories per day. Average 70-80 grams of protein. Protein helps me with satiety. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh gosh I know exactly how you feel. You start feeling so great about the progress you made so you want more. Of course! You're thinking I can do this, I am doing this! But you still got some ways to go. I get so impatient! I want it to go faster. But I realize it's a long game. It will take time. I can't rush it. Actually I decided I don't want to rush it because I don't want to lose too much muscle tone too quickly either. I think I'm realizing this is going to be a life change for me and I'm shifting my focus to being more active and healthy while still staying in my calorie limit. You are doing soooo great!!!! Keep up the good work and you will reap the full reward in time!!!

I think you are doing great. Happy Thanksgiving. I will not be doing my diet on Thanksgiving day. Will try to cut down though.

I admire your truthfulness , I didn’t just fall off the healthy truck I let it go on without it. Well I’m trying to stay mindful of my food and exercise choices. Praying fir both of us right now

Can I assume you are doing some type of exercise program that includes cardio and resistance training? If not, you might start. That helps with remodeling your body and may give you a change in appearance that you find more satisfying.

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement. Kenna I was walking 30 minutes daily, but developed a severe case of plantar fascitis, so that is on hold. I can barely walk at all rightnow. I do have some 5 pound weights, just not sure what to do.
