Losing muscle definition, can't work out for another month. Doctor's orders. I had other medical conditions come up.
I haven't been logging in my food journal as often.
Still eating healthy, need more solids though, still hard to chew. Stitches are still in 🙃
Appetite is still low, focusing on high calorie shakes and soups.
120.4 lb Lost so far: 59.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am sorry to hear of the prolonged troubles. How frustrating, yet do listen to your Dr. You will get back at it when allowed. It will be annoying to have to catch up to where you were, but it won't take long at all. You are young and have a great foundation of fitness going into this. You absolutely will be feeling great again soon! ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been through a lot of crap but what you are going through sucks. There is just so much going on in that area of our body that makes everything miserable. You are stronger than me with just using Motrin. Damn.
