Fasting blood sugar 186; weight 170.6
Plan for the day:IF/Keto/exercise
Another rainy day, so no walk today. Have no idea why glucose is up unless because I ate fruit yesterday, or because I spent the night to watch grandkids and didn't sleep well, or because my routine was different than normal! Sometimes it is just a mystery! My weight is back down to 170.6 so I have recovered from my over-indulgent weekend. Now to get that down below 170 by Monday. I will continue Intermittent Fasting and exercise bike today. My belly fat is definitely reducing but those hips are just stubborn. A friend once said "A moment on the lips and forever on the hips!" I hope walking will eventually make a difference.
Macros 10/71/19; 927 calories; net carbs 17.39; fiber 5.8
170.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
