Slowly but surely! 😊 I haven't done cardio for 2 weeks. Just weight training, squats and a few core strengthening exercises. So this is a nice change of pace. 💪🏽🤘🏼😁

I will definitely stay motivated and consistent. Especially, since I'm enjoying it. I love that I can feel the aches in specific areas. Muscles I never knew I had lol. 🤣
