I go back to work tomorrow. Should I work out again tonight or tomorrow evening? I have a feeling that I'm going to lose motivation to work out tomorrow. I also don't want to over do it either. Help.

Feel into how you are feeling. If you think you will over do it today then take the rest of the day off. if you don't think you will want to do it tomorrow then maybe just do it the day after tomorrow? Whatever you feel is best for you💪🏼😊🌺

It all depends ☺️ I cannot do a full workout on my days I work, but at work I do donkey kicks or squats or both with my friend 🥰💪💜💚

I'm starting to think maybe I should just take tomorrow as an "off" day. I won't be sitting down a whole lot at work anyways, I don't know why I was so worried 🤣 I blame PMS lol.

👋🏽Meepers, there are lots of recommendations/suggestions out there and you'll find what works best for YOU. It's generally helpful if you listen to your body because it won't lie to you🤙🏼

if you were having positive results before the shutdown work your way back to that daily routine. If you did better during the shutdown try to stay with that routine. Best to you!

I would work out today. It helps me to go from my desk (at work or home) to my workout. This week is strange, though, so starting on Monday seems like a good way to stay consistent.

even in the days when I don't feel like working out I feel like 10 or 15 minutes it's still good enough to keep the habit building.

Does anyone drink any diet shakes?

I personally feel my best when I do something every single day. Some sort of activity, even something quick, gives me a boost of energy during the day. The days that I don’t work out don’t feel as productive. And I’m a big fan of working out at night, it doesn’t disrupt my sleep at all. Congrats on going back to work and stay safe!
