Moved 1,275 pounds of paving stones yesterday! 75 1-foot square bricks at 17 pounds each. I also did a little bit of grocery shopping and kept my grandson for about four hours. Activity level is increasing, but eating is still off the rails. Been getting a LOT of sleep lately, which I guess is because I've been so much more active during my waking hours. Went to bed at 6:30 last night and woke up at 12:30am for some reason. Went ahead and got up, got caught up on my Bible reading, did all my FS stuff (notifications, checking challenge forum, creating next week's challenge and sending invites - stuff like that). Just can't get my head around the eating aspect of things lately. Been a LONG while off the straight and narrow path. I'm SOOOO glad that many of you are forging ahead without me and continuing to participate in the weekly Daily Accountability challenges! YOU ROCK!
237.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's not a rational thing. You will know when you can get back in the game. Hang in there; you know how to do it and that will come around again for you.
