Accountability

Went out to lunch with a friend. We went to a popular chain restaurant, and it was gross. I had the chicken fajitas with out the tortillas. The chicken was rubbery, not sizzling, and I would put money on the fact that they microwaved it. What a waste. I am thinking very high in sodium.

At lunch I had a Mojito minus the simple syrup. Tasted yummy, but this lead to me having a couple of zero carb adult beverages at home. Not a good choice.

I had a sensible dinner BUT every time one of my rescue pups (we have 4) got me up to pretend to go out so they can get a treat for coming back in (this happens constantly throughout the night), I had a spoon in the peanut butter jar.

So here ya go! I did not take care of me the way I wanted to and I am up 1.4lbs.

Today I will drink plenty of water, eat right, avoid adult beverages, and not beat myself up. It is the way dieting goes.

Sorry about that restaurant. It is fat Tuesday? I did not know. Great holiday for me (I like fat). Yeah pb is dangerous stuff. Today is a new day!!!
