Waking up early is a habit. Couldn’t sleep past 7 am today. Breakfast is also a habit. I get up, make coffee, eat, etc. I’d love to sleep in, but it’s not in the cards 🤪 Hitting the gym very soon myself. Chest/shoulder day.
