Have had the two grandkids with me for almost 24 hours. There ought to be a special exercise category for childcare! I took the kids with me on the walk around the property. 7/10 of a mile usually takes 10-15 minutes, but it was a 35-minute excursion which involved body-rolling down hills, talking about spooky sheds, taking along a stroller with my grand daughter's new baby doll she got for Christmas, stopping to talk to a passer-by. Today is my 13th day of doing everything I'm supposed to do. Two weeks tomorrow! I'm thankful for renewed motivation and self-control!
208.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Today, with the kids, it was an excessive Diet Coke kind of a day! It's already 5pm, and I have only gotten down about 20 ounces so far. I really want to keep my perfect streak, so I'm going to keep on chugging, no matter how many times I have to get up during the night. (Funny story -- bet none of you would ever guess that I actually DID "streak" once in my younger days. Yep, that was LONG before I was a preacher's wife! LOL!)

I love reading this post! You are a force, lady. And I know all about childcare workouts....I am a former kinder and first grade teacher. Lots of walking, bending, squatting, holding hands...and hugs. I can totally visualize you with your grandkids, smiling away. And think, you are getting healthier to keep up with them too! So thrilled for your future. :0)

Hallelujah, @meonadiet! I LOVE to be an inspiration to people! I wasn't actually so physically active as I was just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of TALKING going on! Jack (will be four in 2 weeks) has finally started really communicating with gusto! LOTS of questions being proposed, lots of discussions over WHY something needs to be put away, Almost impossible to COOK with him underfoot asking all of the questions he's ever saved up in his whole life. Hr'd s VEERY sweet little boy, but he makes it very difficult to do the studying I need to get done or to even remember WHAT I'm supposed to be doing. I'n used to being distraction FREE, so a 24-hour dose of an inquisitive toddler can be quite challenging!

That said, bedtime should be NOW (7:13). Just took my Ambien. Did the "work things" that I NEED to do and will catch up on the WANNA DO's tomorrow. Time to hit the proverbial hay. SMACK@! SMACK!

Most of last night's sleep time was spent with a 3-year-old's foot in my face, and a 9-year-old snoring. I even had to get up during the night to have diarrhea and then was awake for almost two hours, during which I was able to get done some im0ortant stuff.A,bioen has already been taken, so need to sign off before anyone gets to see how loopy I van get! NITE!

What a day! Our childcare workforce is the most underpaid and underappreciated segment of our society! We do love our little ones, but they are exhausting!
