END OF MONTH (and YEAR) STATS

Beginner weight: 114.4
End weight 112.2
Highest weight: 116.4 and lowest 111.2

I checked measurements. They are very similar to last month. So I maintained through December. Did not lose weight. Probably the first month since Oct 2018 that I did not lose. But I am at a good spot.

Had 4 non keto days in December. That was pretty huge for me as in the 14 months before I only had 11 in total. Two of the off non ketos were very controlled and saw no scale jump of significance. The other two were major feasting days and did see the scale jump forward several pounds. I feel pretty good about it all in all. I clearly still have some food issues. I need to be controlled most of the time and I am continuing with that.

Plan now is the settle down on a stricter keto diet for a little bit and get some stability in and then evaluate. This is carnivore month in keto circles and though I am not going to be carnivore I may do a couple of zero carb days to be a little bit part of it.

The reason for today's big loss is that I fasted yesterday after my apple cake day. I did not plan to fast but it was so busy yesterday that by the time I had time to eat it was late and I thought this may just be a good chance try an extended fast since I have never done those. I have just fasted about 33 hours and plan to eat soon but the fast has cleared the water weight off effectively.

2019 was a good year for me when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape. I am very happy with what I did.

Happy new year everyone. My goals are to get a bit fitter and work to develop more control of my food issues.
112.2 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
