Had a large chicken pot pie last night for dinner. Those things have 900 calories! It was tasty though.

Will go to the gym after lunch and see if I can get a trainer to start me on a free weights regimen. I've never done that.

Also woke up at 5am and went back to sleep for another 2 hrs and had the weirdest dreams. Again about my late friend. This time she was on the phone asking me what I wanted to watch on tv when I came over to visit her. Made me sad in my dream bc somehow I knew she was dead. Then dreamed I was renting a house and all the beds had cat turds on them. Went outside with my dog off leash, which I never do in reality, and he ran off into the woods. I thought I had him in sight, but it turned out to be another dog. I started frantically searching for him and all I could see were other people's dogs running around in the leaves. Made me panic. I guess pot pies cause weird dreams.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
