I decided to extend my 24 hour fast to 36. After 36 I decided it extend it again to 60. If I keep feeling okay (Only a headache so far) I may just keep extending it. If I start feeling worse than a headache I end it. I've wanted to do a 7 day fast for a while now and today may not be the day but it is a good start. I want to reset my insulin resistance and fasting is a good way to do that. My fasting wake up blood glucose was 110 yesterday morning. 118 today. 92 last night. In ketosis at .8 today. Ketosis level last night was 1.4.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 54.3 lb.    Still to go: 123.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Fasted for 46 hours. I picked up dinner for hubby (yay, I'm at home for now) and decided the Publix non breaded wings looked good and are on sale. I should have grabbed something to make from the freezer but I couldn't remember what we have here. I decided to fast on Mondays and Tuesdays. Those are usually my least driving days. If I don't go for the full 48 hours I'll add in Friday as another fast day. I can do this.
