FOR REAL! 161.5 I've been visiting family and ruining my body ragged. my knees are aching. I'm sure the movement is helping but this new thyroid med is when l started to lose after a year keto and mostly carnivore , trying so hard! yeah. I'm back at home after a 12 hour drive whoop whoop 150s here I come!
161.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
