Strained everything on my right side yesterday. Today I can't lift my right arm over my head. I get it halfway up & entire right side spasms. Right side of my back, neck, right bicep, right pec muscle. I didn't even realize I had a muscle there but apparently it goes all the way from my breastbone to my shoulder. Tried to use my lowest resistance band thinking some light stretches would help. Bad idea, 3 pulls in went hot, cold, then dizzy . Will take a day or 2 of rest, then try again.
Alternating hot , & cold compresses , plus using icy hot & also ibuprofen sparingly. Will do this til better or Monday. If still hurting then I'll make doctors appointment. Fingers crossed that I haven't jacked up this shoulder a 5th time.
371.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 196.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like to use pain patches when I have a sore muscle. But from the sound of you, you would need to cover half your body. get well soon.
