I will eat Keto today! Started the day right with Keto coffee. Meal plan for the day: lunch: cucumber sticks, sour cream and mayo dip. Afternoon Snack: Keto coffee. supper: pork chop, cucumber sticks with vegetable cream cheese dip, spinach salad with vinegar & oil. Peanut butter coconut fat bomb.
179.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
