Hey I’ll take it. My body does no good when I eat to much. It must conserve too much energy or something. But honestly to be at a stable wt I feel most times I have to cut my cals down a lot. Keto helps me not go crazy with the carbs. I want red vines soooo bad !!!! 🤤🤤🤤🤤
195.4 lb Lost so far: 104.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If I eat the Red Vines and hit the weights really hard they seem to 'disappear' 😜

My problem is I want the whole bag—and then other carbs. It’s like the beer. Starts to trigger my whole out of control cycle. 🤣

... and that's why I don't eat solid food most of the week... But, for you, you *do* have things that *work for you*. Perhaps look back at your Journals over the past year and review your 'successes'... 😉
