Tired and too hot with temperatures over 25 Celcius today. Grabbed some processed spring rolls and mushroom caps at M & M Meat market on the way home. Way too high in sugar, carb and sodium!! Back to Keto tomorrow.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
