Yep, asleep at the wheel... 😫 but... going to China, doing a week, get to walk baby girl down the aisle... right after I do A LOT of walking (and stairs) #suckitupbuttercup
239.6 lb Lost so far: 132.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Got here (Qingdao) about 8 hours ago - beautiful walk this morning and the wedding is Saturday. Of course, food labels are a rare thing - proceeding cautiously.
