I bought a bottle of Ph trace mineral and electrolyte thing to go in my water. I also drink nettle tea (Lots of minerals). I feel great and hydrated!

I have to watch my magnesium quite a bit.

why do u need to watch your Mg , do you get cramps?

Actually, magnesium might be extremely help for you F&F. IIRC it's very helpful with regularity.

I get cramps yes if I forget to take tabs for a day or two
