😒 annoyed but whatever. I didn’t actually gain. Yesterday was the day from hell. Had to do all of Tuesday’s work on Wednesday since no one at work did any jobs 😤 Lots of angry customers. I wanted to eat everything in sight but only ate my ribs and then went to sleep. So at least I didn’t sabotage myself as well 😪 I don’t want to get anyone fired but my patience is running out
150.2 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

...This too shall pass. It always does. Good job on the diet. I also had 'one of those days' and ended up sticking to my diet because I was so darn busy...

I too have had a $#!@ 48 hours. I feel for ya! Sucks to have to clean up messes that other people cause. 🤬
