To Unicorn098;
Click on the "MY FATSECRET" tab along the top of the page.
Then over along the right side column look down and find 'MY TOOLBOX".
Then click on "My Image".
When that page loads you can simply browse your computer for a picture that you would like to upload to your profile or if you open a second window beside the Fatsecret window then you can drag and drop a picture into the dotted rectangle box.
Also you can simply select a different image from the pictures below that box.
