had company for the past couple weeks. it was nice to not think too hard about being a responsible adult. 😏

well right on cue, when im about to finally beat my low score, i get company come and atay from away.. and in just a few days ive gained again, lol. oh well.. ive walked more in the past week than i have in ages, showing her around the city.. so thats something. i'll be more mindful of what i stuff in my face this week. i obviously havent started that elimination diet yet.. who has time for depriving oneself when there are old friends around? i'll deal with that once she's gone home.. ive been feeling good this week anyway. I think the distraction of constant company is helping with that.

so ive had this itching going on in my right breast for a really long time. thought it was exema.. nope. got a mammogram.. normal. tried some antifungal cream.. well that little spot disappeared but it's still itchy. took some antibiotics for a completely unrelated issue.. the itch stops but then the lymph nodes in the surrounding chest area are irritated. manual breast exams from 2 different doctors.. nothing. neighbor says he had some similar issues that turned out to be autoimmune disorder brought on by extreme stress.. maybe?? ..latest visit to doc says maybe try an elimination diet cuz there's no obvious reason for this so it could be allergies.. uuh.. ok. this is gonna take some planning i think.. (when they say "elimination" they really eliminate A LOT) ..more bloodwork and tests to follow, and maybe another trip to the allergist. this crud is getting old though.. anybody out there had any similar issues? any advice?? ive had enough of feeling not quite right.
