down again. not my lowest but getting closer. didnt put as much back on this time. im hoping this will be the new norm. i seem to get so excited when i hit a new low that i celebrate by eating...lol which makes no sense lol. if i can manage to control the celebratory snacking then id drop more a lot faster.
228.6 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
