Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

Waking up tired..nicer days means more getting out and doing things..

Weight was barely up..just body getting use to the way it is now...really focused on where I’m taking myself this year...

Still waiting on bike shop to call and say come and get trainer and bike..I’m thinking today...

Prep chicken in a few..was gonna do it yesterday..but that didn’t happen..

Went down in size on tshirt to a large...my food tray I once had when I set down is disappearing...no hump..lol

The things we notice about ourselves as the weight comes off...

Thinking I’m gonna do next zwift ride on new trainer...have till Sunday night before it’s to late...

Welp...breakfast is over..guess I was hungry...I devoured it...

Have a great Friday...don’t sit..move...
