Progress 👍 I slept so much better last night. Slept for a lill over 6 hours. Which is actually fantastic for me 😄 since I never sleep more than 4 hours at a time!
152.8 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know how you can survive like that! I am a walking zombie when I sleep less than 6 hours.

I have adapted over the years but yea I’m always tired. I usually sleep for about 4 hours and then I’m awake for about an hour and I sleep for another hour most days. On the weekends I get to sleep a lill more.

That’s great! Sleep is so important. I didn’t realize how much it affected my weight until the last year or so. I’ve been sleeping like it’s my job lately! LOL

I can easily eat 5000+ calories if I don't sleep enough. Sleeplessness nights makes me feel soo stressed and hungry. 😟

My biggest problem is waking in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. I really try to do Everything I can to sleep more. I have sleep music, don’t drink any caffeine after 1-2pm, I put my phone far away, and I always take my magnesium. I don’t even drink anything after dinner to lessen the likelihood of having to pee in the night (still happens). I’ve been restless since I was a girl though so I don’t think there is anything I can do to change it. I’d be fine if I could get a nap!! 😜 but I work.

Me too CrashtestDawnie, usually I am tired when I go bed andso fall asleep fast, the problem is that I wake up at midnight, and my brain thinks that it's time to get up 🤔🤯

I sleep with bed time music, fan on, etc. I need noise to sleep, I also drink relaxing teas, if I wake up before 3 Am I take melatonin.

I will try that technique Chris thanks! I do some thing similar where I shush myself every time I catch myself thinking 😂 sometimes it works. I’ve been afraid to try melatonin mid sleep. I don’t work the next 2 days so if it happens I’ll try it tonight
