Given up logging - weight keeps going up by ounces then down but no actual weight loss. Know partially due to water retention or no Bm Can’t find what works for me Tried all suggestions
130.9 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv001. Upped calories / reduced calories / added more protein / reduced to 20 - upped carbs some - decreased some - log every ounce of food. - IF for 12+ hrs - 26hts - increases activity as much as I can due to overextending myself helping people or my demanding mother grrrr. - tried sleeping more but Fitbit states avg only 2-3 hrs deep sleep. The only other thing I’ve come up with but not in my control eating main meal late which generally my only meal. Don’t quite drink 8 oz h2o but get also through veggies - probiotics- mag - potassium

Sorry about that. I think you may be eating too little. Not an expert but constant low calories will probably have an impact on your metabolism. So with some patience try to make your body more used to more food. You do not have much to lose and it takes a bit patience for that last little bit.

Liv001. One more thing Have been on ketosis 4.0. Thanks for feedback. Really really appreciate it !!! Read article on metabolism adaptation. By that article I don’t fall into that category - unfortunately on the verge of tears. Made a new goal to hopefully to reach something to motivate me on keep going. Didn’t help on Monday went to a board meeting - no one has seen me for 1 mo - no one even noticed weight loss. - downer !!! Sorry to dump on you. You’ve always been wonderful in encouragement etc. thanks sorry for being such a baby

Take care!!! That is the most important thing you can do for your health and well being. This is the place to vent!!! And scream and whatever you want to do!!!! (PS If you really are constipated you could try mineral oil. A very natural way to get some things moving. I usually do magnesium and vitamin C first)

How tall are you? If you are already at a healthy level, it may be harder to lose weight.

I know the frustration of people not noticing weight loss. I’ve lost 30 pounds and no one has noticed. In the end I’m doing this for my health and that’s what matters. Do what you need to do you are healthy. Good luck!
