waaa waaa 3 days of off track. I'm surprised I didn't gain more. I'm back on track and keto strong. I caught up on some sleepand made myself some bacon.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 57.5 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.9 lb a week

I didn't get time off. I work seven days a week. But thanks. The break was from dieting. I wish I didn't blow my eating plan but oh well.

Yeah that was what I meant. Stimulating different body hormones with a different diet is not the worst thing as long as you get back and continue you healthy. At least that is my philosophy. I don't do it often but it is part of my diet flexibility.

Glad you got back on track so fast! I just bought some Black Forest bacon from Trader Joe’s! Can’t wait eat it while on keto 😬
