I have hit a spot where I usually stall and my body seems to want to hold at this weight! I am at the point where in the past I have lost a little weight I feel better and then I start rewarding myself in the wrong ways! I want to push past that and find healthier ways to break this cycle! My next goal is a 10lb one and I was reminded how baby steps with reachable goals is so important not just in weight loss! My friend recently lost her husband and she says she can only think about doing baby steps to get through it! Somehow life is overwhelming at times for all of us! Grateful to have this loss and taking the challenges ahead this week one little step at a time! Hope everyone has a great week!
