154.8!! 💃🏼💃🏼 I knew I was going to have a big drop today. 🌊🌊 I went pee more than 15x yesterday! And of course I really behaved on my diet 🙂
154.8 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
