I just got done with another run today 12 1/2 miles well I'm off to work 1 PM today until 1 PM tomorrow I'll definitely sleep then.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
