it tis what it tis.... all I want is one pound a week. I have done well, no cheating. It should come off sooner than later I hope. keto on

Nikeit 👌 yes, thanks. I read that being sick can increase cortisol. 😷 bummer. I've taken my sudafed and going back to bed. I haven't had a cold in a long time. It's just my turn. I'm sure it will come off soon! 👍💊
