woohoo! 😊 headed in the right direction again. good morning, all.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you QueenMari3. I'm down a bit too. Yay for us. Last night I started thinking about chips but since we don't have any in the house I dodged that tasty bullet. I had a mug of Twinings Camomile tea instead.
