199.2 lb Lost so far: 100.8 lb. Still to go: 19.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Lmao Chris...I’m 5’10 with a large bone structure but I sh@t you not. I can hide the lbs...and yes I shouldn’t be freaking. I just gotta keep at it.
