💪🏽🤓 Speaking from experience, if you’re attempting to drop weight you will have to change your eating habits and in order to do that you’ll have to mentally be prepared to sacrifice your intake of food and conform to a different eating lifestyle or you’ll punish yourself with a lot of workout as I did and keep going back and fourth with the weight. I only worked out to eat food lol but the real trick is actually conditioning your mind and body to eat proportions of food that will not let you compromise your diet, followed by a type of fasting and then you should implement the exercise. However, if you are trying to gain weight then scratch everything I said and enjoy life eating everything you deem delicious. 💯🙌🏽😊

You are doing great! I increase my activity and drink more water when my weight bounces up, but I really enjoy walking on the treadmill once I get started. It's the getting started that's the hard part especially when it's -20 outside and the house keeps making screaming sounds.

I sympathize with all of you who live in such cold places that outdoor activity is ALMOST impossible. And, those of you who live in more rural areas without easy access to gyms, indoor pools etc. what do others in your world do. My brother lives in Virginia and they do a lot of snow shoeing and cross country type of skiing.
