keto killin it 😂 I had two filet mignon steaks yesterday. I wish I could afford to eat those for every meal , I would be a toothpick by now. I'm still working seven days a week and adding more hours but I should get a break sometime around Chinese new year . I'm keeping my schedule open and the minute I see a day with no bookings I am taking it off! hope everybody is well, keto on my friends
173.5 lb Lost so far: 56.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Filet doesn't have enough fat. Give me a yummy ribeye.

DEE, I can't stand the fat on ribeye , I still like the flavor of the fillet better. I guess it's just what I grew up with . I get my fat from other sources like bacon! 🐽🐷 and cream cheese 😂
