even after spending a couple days eating everything in sight, while i was visiting with my old friend, i'm down 0.1lb 😊 i must have boosted my metabolism over the past few weeks of changes. SWEET!! 😄
237.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
