Wait, you passed out? I don't know if such a drastic diet is necessary at your bodyweight. I know you're excited to finally get to your goal but I think it would be smarter to take in real food. If your diet calendar is accurate it is not too surprising. You've gone a while on super low calories.

Also, people mention that it could be dehydration. That the blood vessels in your eyes can contract. Hope it doesn't happen again, if so maybe see a doctor.

Its helped with my depression and anxiety. I also feel more confident and i dont eat crap anymore. Ive always been small but ive been a junk food junkie all my life. I finally have control and can say no.

I think this happened from fasting. If it happens again, go to the doctor👍. I do not think there is anything to fear. But take care of yourself. We want to lose weight and not our health😊

That article advises backed by science but there are no scientific research references at the bottom, besides the top so-called benefits are not something you need. At a healthy body weight, you're not insulin resistant. Everything else says 'may' help. Sorry, I just don't think this is healthy for you. Have you been to the doctor recently where he told you that some junk food was causing you health issues? Sounds like the junk food was healthier than the complete lack of food in your case.

I suspect low blood pressure triggered by dehydration. This is why I take a electrolyte supplement. Be careful! Take care of yourself.

No Diablo I really appreciate the advice. Before fasting I did not know anything about how to eat healthy or how to count calories and I'm really not sure how many calories I should be consuming right now while still at least a losing a little bit of weight I really appreciate all of the guidance I really do

I'd say 1700-1900 depending on how active you are. I think I remember Rosio losing while in that range and she is about your weight. You two won't vary too much unless one of you is a lot more active than the other. A food scale is highly recommended. A good amount of protein and some exercise and you're golden.

I have a food scale. And i at least hit my 10k steps haha i joined a gym and i walk on my lunch breaks. Cant do more because im customer-facing and cant get sweaty/disheveled. Im starting classes there on the 18th to learn the equipment and a full body aerobics/cardio type class.

Oh, a gym. So resistance training? You may be able to just eat at maintenance. Gain some muscle while losing fat. You may not need to lose any scale weight at all to make progress. Females can gain a lot of lower body muscle easily.
