Dropping water weight 👍 I figure I’ve got a couple more pounds of it to go and then it’ll slow down again.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I am blessed to know what works for me. I’m not going to start fasting yet. I want to develop a gym habit first and then I’ll start IF once I figure out how to fit that into my schedule 👍👍💪
